Welcome to Field Wine Club, operated by Field Bar + Bottle Shop (“Field,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), located at 2614 6th Ave, Tacoma, WA 98406. By joining the wine club and using this member portal, you agree to the following terms.
You must be 21 years of age or older to join Field Wine Club. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Membership is personal and non-transferable.
Field Wine Club is a monthly recurring membership. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your payment method each month at the rate corresponding to your selected tier:
Charges are processed automatically on a monthly basis. You can view your billing date and history in your member portal. Payments are processed securely through Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s terms of service.
You may cancel your membership at any time from your member portal or by contacting us at wineclub@fieldtacoma.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access through that date and will not be charged again. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
Field Wine Club is a pickup-only membership. Wine allocations are available for pickup at Field Bar + Bottle Shop, 2614 6th Ave, Tacoma, WA. You will receive a notification with your pickup code when each month’s allocation is ready. Pickups are typically available on the first Wednesday of each month. We do not ship wine.
Unclaimed allocations may be held for a limited time. Please contact us if you need to arrange an alternate pickup window.
Members may skip one month at a time using the skip feature in their member portal. Skipping pauses your next charge and no allocation will be prepared for that month. Skips must be initiated before your billing date to apply to the upcoming cycle.
Washington State law requires that all wine be picked up in person by a person 21 or older. Valid government-issued ID may be required at pickup. Field reserves the right to refuse service in accordance with applicable law.
You can change your membership tier at any time from your member portal. Tier changes take effect at your next billing cycle. Custom club members may update their wine preferences at any time; changes are reflected in future allocations.
Each month’s allocation is curated by the Field team. Specific bottles and producers may vary. While we aim to accommodate the preferences of custom club members, we cannot guarantee the availability of any specific wine or producer.
Field Wine Club members may accrue credits through membership milestones or promotions. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be redeemed in-store at Field’s discretion for qualifying purchases including glass pours and retail bottles. Credits expire 12 months after they are earned if not redeemed.
Access to the Field Wine Club member portal is provided for your personal use. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. We use magic link authentication — no passwords are stored. Do not share your login links.
Members may designate up to 2 guest email addresses who will have read-only access to writeups and allocation content. Guests do not have billing access and cannot pick up wine on a member’s behalf.
If you opt in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive text messages from Field Wine Club regarding monthly drops and exclusive member offers. Message frequency is approximately 1 message per month. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Message and data rates may apply.
The Field Wine Club portal and services are provided “as is.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Field Bar + Bottle Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the membership services.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved in Pierce County, Washington.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of your membership after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active members of material changes by email.
